nFusion’s story began with a LEGOLAND theme park project in Germany, completed in 2002. At the time, Zurauskas, part of LEGO’s development team, recognized the need for a specialized attractions construction manager. To meet the challenge, Zurauskas and his team brought in Nassal to serve as the attractions construction manager for the park, which included on-site management of all attraction construction, themed construction, show controls, audio-visual and tenant build-out. The project was a huge success and planted the seed for a new kind of service offering.
A decade later, in 2013, Nassal’s leadership revisited the concept of expanding into consulting and project management. With Zurauskas’s help, they developed a business plan that led to the creation of nFusion.
Initially focused on international consulting, nFusion quickly secured major projects in the Middle East, Canada, Tokyo and Paris. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted international operations, the nFusion team performed a strategic pivot toward North American markets, emphasizing front-end project strategy and progressive design-build delivery. This shift has proven to be advantageous across the board.
Today, nFusion operates primarily as a specialty general contractor in North America, specializing in collaborative delivery to assemble the best teams and deliver innovative, full-service solutions that drive results and create lasting impact.
